Meet Emma
ISL Home Coordinator
“I came to Willows Way with my clients from another company. However, I stayed because of Willows Way’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Person-Centeredness. Those values not only apply to the clients we serve but to everyone that makes up the company as a whole.”

Meet Paul
Community Resource Coordinator in the Realities Program
“I love helping people learn new skills, ways to access their community, and empower themselves. I have clients ranging in age from their early 20s to late 60s, and each has their own unique set of challenges and circumstances.
As I help my clients learn new skills and gain knowledge, I often do myself. I love that clients are encouraged to be social, interact with each other, and coordinate their own events. The wide variety of social activities and events that clients can participate in is amazing.”
