Host Home: A Shared Living Program
The Host Home program is a Shared Living Program designed to provide clients with the opportunity to live in a supportive home environment. Clients are paired with carefully selected and trained hosts, who can be individuals or families. This arrangement promotes the development of social, daily living, and independent living skills through consistent, personalized support. Clients are encouraged to pursue their personal interests, build connections, and become active, engaged members of their community.

The Host Homes program offers clients a unique opportunity to thrive in a nurturing home environment. By connecting clients with specially selected and trained hosts—whether individuals or families—we create a supportive setting that empowers personal growth. This transformative arrangement not only fosters essential social and daily living skills but also promotes independence through tailored, consistent support. Support may include:
Daily Living – Family/home-like environment
Skill Development – Teaching and reinforcing skills to help clients become more self-sufficient, such as budgeting, managing bill payments, and developing problem-solving skills.
Health & Safety – Assistance with coordinating medical appointments and managing medication schedules.
Community Integration – Supporting clients in engaging with community activities, events, volunteering, or employment, including transportation services.
Support – We offer 24/7 staffing support tailored to individual needs.
