Willows Way is a 501c3, not-for-profit organization that is directed by an experienced administrative team and an active Board of Directors.

Meet Joy Steele
Many of you may already know Joy. She has served as our Assistant Executive Director for the past eight years, but here are a few important details you may not know about Joy. Driven to help and advocate for others, at the age of 16 she accepted a direct support staff member position in a group home. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Fontbonne University in St Louis, Missouri, and continued her education, receiving a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University -Purdue University. Before joining Willows Way in 2005, Joy led St Louis Effort For AIDS as their Executive Director.
Director of Finance
Neil Cassmeyer, our Director of Finance, joined Willows Way in 2008, bringing with him 23 years Banking and Finance experience. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri- St Louis with a BSBA and a Masters Business Administration.
Director of Programs
Tom Bay, our Director of Programs, joined Willows Way in 2014, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the provision and management of services supporting people with disabilities. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri- St Louis and received his Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
Director of HR & Quality
Becky Yarbrough has served the Willows Way organization since 1995 as a Direct Support Professional, ISL Supervisor, Quality and Training Manager and, most recently, accepting the position of Director of Human Resources and Quality in 2005. Becky is a graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a BA in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Education: Counseling. Becky received her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2011.
